All architectural services are performed under the responsible charge of a licensed architect retained by LCA Drafting & Design Studio for plan review and signature, as required by law.
With more than 15 years of experience supporting national and international clients in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, Leynard brings a strong foundation in design, drafting, and project coordination. His work spans a wide range of project types, including commercial developments, fuel stations, tenant improvements, and residential projects.
Throughout his career, Leynard has built a reputation for reliability, clear communication, and a practical approach to design. He focuses on producing buildable, cost‑efficient solutions that align with project budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements. His commitment to client relationships and project clarity has earned him long‑standing partnerships across multiple sectors.
Leynard studied Architecture overseas and has practiced design in the Philippines, Qatar (Doha), and the United States. This international background has given him a broad understanding of diverse building standards, construction methods, and design expectations. His global experience allows him to approach each project with adaptability, technical insight, and a strong appreciation for detail.
As the founder of LCA Drafting & Design Studio, he continues to provide high‑quality drafting, design support, and permit documentation services. He collaborates with licensed architects and engineers whenever required by law, ensuring that every project meets professional and regulatory standards.
